Works just like they say

The Heatwave holds heat longer than smaller stones.. I found it was easy to give deeper massage. I also love the Divine and am feeling less strain in my hands while working on trigger points etc.

Stays warm and easy to use

I watched the videos and have been looking for something I could use for deeper work. I like having two of these because I can warm one up while using the other. I keep discovering new ways to use them that arent on the videos too. Great for foot massage surprisingly. Good for deep low back and glutes. I just started doing some shiatusu with them. So far they work great for pressure points. My thumbs and elbows are appreciative!

Worthwhile Investment

As an athlete I keep having some part of my body give me pain every few months. I began seeing a massage therapist who uses the Synergy Hot Stones. Every time after seeing my therapist and getting massage with the long stone, the heat-wave, I would always feel so much better. I finally asked him where he got it but swore I wouldn't stop seeing him! He said it's actually good to massage between seeing him and that I'll get more out of his sessions if I did. So I decided to try one of the stones myself, and actually got two stones, the long one and the Divine stone. Glad I did because Im loving what they can do hot. I feel like now I would not be competing in my best shape if I hadnt been using these stones myself between competitions. I'm even able to put them in the fridge and they get cold for some ice massage. Also, I often travel for competitions and really appreciate being able to take the stones with me and microwave them and then stretch out and work on my It bands after a ride. It's so nice to have a solution available that I can take with me. I just had to give a recommendation to other athletes out there. These stones are worth it completely.
