SYNERGY STONES are made to feel amazing. But, if you've tried using your Stones and are not happy with any aspect, you may either exchange for another style or return part or *all of your order, within 30 days, following the steps and conditions below. (*Heating Pads/Trays/Oil-Proof Covers, Water-Free Heating Systems, Oils/Balms are the only items not returnable)

Please know that each Synergy Stone is truly handcrafted and not meant to look or feel machine made. Just as with natural stones, SYNERGY STONES will have slight variances including lines, indentations and/or small surface cracks. These variances won't be felt during massage and actually add to their unique charm.

  Exchange Procedure  

1. The easiest way to exchange your items is to place a new order for what you would like to try next and after a careful comparison with both in hand, return what you don't want to keep for a refund. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your original purchase.

2. The next best option is to send back what you would like to exchange first, we'll credit your account for the return, and then you can use your account credit to order what you want instead. That way you can add more if you like and also choose the shipping options. Remember to add a note inside the package reminding us who you are and what you would like us to do before sending your items to the address below.   

 

  Return Procedure  

1. Returns must be received by us within (30) days of you receiving your original order.

2. Please email us at support@synergystone.com beforehand with a brief explanation of what you did not find suitable and wait for a Return Approval Email from us. We will reply within 1 business day.

3. Each Synergy Stone must be in like-new, undamaged condition and able to be resold. Re-wrap in the fabric cloth or sleeve and protective bubble wrap they were originally packaged in to protect during shipping. Remember that Heating Pads, Trays, Oil-Proof Covers, Water-Free Heating Systems, and Oils/Balms are not returnable.

4. It is your responsibility to send each Synergy Stone back to us in like-new condition. Therefore it is wise to package each item very securely so it will arrive unharmed. Consider taking several photos before you send them back in the event they arrive damaged in route. Also, it is your responsibility to insure the package with the shipping carrier against loss or damage. If we receive a damaged product we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

5. After receiving the Return Approval Email from us, mail your return items to:

6. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. We are a small family business not at all like Amazon.com. Thank you for understanding. Depending on the shipping requirements, upon request, we can try to create a shipping label in advance for you as a convenience and then email it to you. You would need to be able to print it out and tape it to the package. The cost of the shipping label would then be deducted from the dollar amount that we credit back to your original payment method after receiving your return.

7. Upon receiving your return we will examine and if still in like-new condition we will issue you a refund of your purchase amount to the original purchase method. Original shipping costs that you may have paid cannot be refunded because we've paid those funds to the shipping service you selected and we cannot be reimbursed for those expenses.
